As the festive season unfolds, a few holiday parades and events in Camden County are experiencing adjustments in their schedules due to anticipated rain. While some gatherings have been postponed or canceled, there are still numerous events set to enchant residents this weekend.

The Parade of Lights in Collingswood and Haddon Township, initially slated for Friday evening, has been postponed due to the weather forecast. However, there is no rain date assigned, as organizers aim to avoid overlapping with similar “parade of lights” events in the region.

Winslow Township has rescheduled its tree lighting event from this Friday to December 8, running from 6:30-8:30 p.m., with Santa’s arrival at the Winslow Township Municipal Building scheduled for 7 p.m. Bellmawr has shifted its Christmas Parade from Sunday to 5 p.m. on December 10, while the Pine Hill Christmas Parade, originally set for Sunday, will now take place at 6 p.m. on December 10.

For those still seeking holiday cheer this weekend, Camden County offers a variety of options. Patch has compiled a list of local events that remain unaffected by rescheduling or cancellation, as of the publication of this article.
