Sushi lovers, rejoice! A new sushi hotspot is set to grace Cherry Hill Mall with its presence.
Kooma Asian Fusion & Sushi Bar is gearing up for its grand opening, projected to debut in August. Situated in a spacious spot near Route 38, previously occupied by California Pizza Kitchen, this new addition promises to elevate Cherry Hill’s culinary scene.
The brainchild of Scott Kim and John Jang, Kooma has already made waves on the other side of the Delaware, with successful locations in West Chester, Pennsylvania, and King of Prussia. Since its inception in 2001, Kooma has garnered a reputation for its commitment to hand-picked ingredients and an extensive selection of sushi delights.
But Kooma is more than just sushi. With its Asian fusion concept, the restaurant offers a diverse menu featuring stone pot bibimbaps, tantalizing stir-fries, and other delectable dishes that cater to a wide range of palates.
“We’re thrilled to bring Kooma’s unique culinary experience to Cherry Hill,” said a spokesperson for PREIT, the mall’s parent company. “With its fusion of flavors and commitment to quality, Kooma is sure to become a beloved dining destination for locals and visitors alike.”
