Late into Tuesday night, the Democratic slate led by mayoral candidate Dave Fleisher celebrated a resounding victory in Cherry Hill’s mayor and Township Council elections.
As of 10:30 p.m., Dave Fleisher, the incumbent council president, secured an impressive 70 percent of the vote in the mayoral race, surpassing Republican candidate Nicole A. Nance. Concurrently, Council incumbents Michele Golkow, Brian Bauerle, and Jennifer Apell maintained substantial leads over their Republican counterparts.
Expressing gratitude to the community, Fleisher stated, “Thank you to the people of Cherry Hill for their trust and confidence in our team. I am honored to serve as we write our town’s next exciting chapter together.”
The Board of Education race is still in progress, with 46 of the 53 precincts reporting vote totals as of 10:30 p.m.
It’s essential to note that all Election Night results are provisional until officially certified on a later date.

- Kimberly Gallagher: 7,701 votes
- Jennifer Sharman: 5,385 votes
- Nicholas J. Gaudio, Jr.: 4,874 votes
- John M. (Jack) Brangan: 4,355 votes
- Renee Cherfane: 5,455 votes
- Miriam Stern: 7,444 votes
- Ineda “Corrien” Elmore-Stratton: 5,224 votes
